Co-founded RED Appointments in 2009 and built it into a specialist business of around $55m in annual turnover and hundreds of people across construction, mining, energy, defence, infrastructure and government. Led finance, payroll, risk, WHS, compliance and systems, then took the business through to its sale in 2024. Simon knows the road from start to exit because he has walked it.

Dean has built and scaled recruitment teams from zero to 100+. Over 16 years at Hays he worked across Australia, Japan, Hong Kong and South China, finishing as Managing Director of Hong Kong and South China and leading teams of 200+. In 2020 he founded his own business, Dean James Search, a retained executive search firm across Australia and APAC. With over 20 years in this industry, Dean knows what it takes to build elite teams, drive high performance and grow a business of your own.

Fifteen years at Hays, finishing as Senior Regional Director across ANZ and Asia, followed by senior roles at Interpro, Finite and Hudson Australia. Peter brings deep expertise in technology, people and leadership, and hands-on experience building regions and scaling recruitment businesses.

Former Chief Operating Officer of Hudson, responsible for 80+ staff and 1,200 labour hire workers, where he led payroll remediation across a $300m annual payroll and brought debtor days under 30. Now a fractional CFO and COO. Dean knows the numbers a buyer reads.
